Terms & Conditions

1) Booking Cancellation
Any requests for cancellations must be emailed to billing@swlans.co.uk. Any requests received over 30 days before an event will be returned less a £8 administration fee. Requests made within 30 days of the event will not be honoured unless the event is full and the seat can be re-sold to another participant.
Please be aware, any credit card surcharges will not be refunded.

2) Event Security
You acknowledge that the security of your possessions is of your concern and not those of SouthWest LANs whilst you are at one of our events.

3) Limitation of Liability
You expressly acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law SouthWest LANs shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to your possessions whilst you are at one of our events.

4) File Sharing
The use of file sharing for the distribution of copyright protected material is prohibited on all computers connected to the network and all such services must be disabled or removed prior to connectivity.

5) Booking Transfers
All bookings for events run by us are strictly non transferable.

6) Right of admission reserved (R.O.A.R.)
Our events are about creating a great social atmosphere and we want everyone to have a good time. Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated before/during/after our events and anyone behaving in this way will be ejected without refund. At the Event Management’s discretion, serial offenders may be banned.
