1) Booking Cancellation
Any requests for cancellations must be emailed to billing@swlans.co.uk. Any requests received over 30 days before an event will be returned less a £8 administration fee. Requests made within 30 days of the event will not be honoured unless the event is full and the seat can be re-sold to another participant.
Please be aware, any credit card surcharges will not be refunded.

2) Event Security
You acknowledge that the security of your possessions is of your concern and not those of SouthWest LANs whilst you are at one of our events.

3) Limitation of Liability
You expressly acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law SouthWest LANs shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to your possessions whilst you are at one of our events.

4) Illegal Activity
You acknowledge that whilst at any event run by SouthWest LANs you will not undertake any illegal activities. Any Illegal Activity of any sort is banned whilst you are at one of our events. Any person found actively breaking the law will first receive a verbal warning, if found again then you may be asked to leave.

5) Booking Transfers
All bookings for events run by us are strictly non transferable.
