That’s right, it’s time for the announcement you’ve all been waiting for! The dates for LeachLAN 2 are now confirmed as 9AM 2nd May to 6PM 4th May. Giving you a grand total of 57 hours of hardcore caffeine fuelled gaming action to fill your time on Early May bank holiday weekend!
There is 1 major difference at LeachLAN 2, instead of starting at 4PM on a Friday and going on to 6pm on a Sunday. The LAN will now start at 9AM on a Saturday, and continue on to 6PM on Monday evening! This means that we can fit in many more things this event. A number of tournaments (with games yet to be decided by you) will be run along side numerous big games of Call of Duty 4, Team Fortress 2 as well as old school games like Grand Theft Auto 2! Returning from last event are the FREE BBQ (weather permitting), the bar (on Saturday and Sunday evenings) alongside the raffle on Monday.
LeachLAN 2 will be a great gaming event, continuing the success of LeachLAN 1 and building on the feedback received. LeachLAN 2 remains on a strong foundation of smaller LANs which gives an intimate gaming environment, making you feel more connected to the happenings of the event compared to larger LAN parties you may have been to. LeachLAN 2 is once again being held at the Westwoods Centre in the town of Northleach, Gloucestershire. Conveniently located on 2 major A roads (the A40 and A429) which connect the M5 and M4, less than 30 minutes drive from Gloucester, Oxford, Cheltenham and Swindon. For those who are unable to get transport by car, there are rail services in the nearby towns of Moreton-In-Marsh and Kemble, both of which have direct bus services to Northleach.
LeachLAN 2 tickets will be £40 for the entire weekend, and will be onsale at a discounted price of £35 for the first month of bookings! Additional services such as WiFi, Server Co-Location and Monitor Rental will be available and pricing can be found on the LeachLAN 2 event page.

It’s been a busy few weeks for us, as the LAN is fast approaching, so we have all the preparation to get done! But time for some good news, in the last few days Alienware, Crucial and Thermaltake have confirmed they will be sending us some LAN goodies for the raffle, and some freebies for yourselves!
So, as a result there will be lots of goodies up for grabs at LeachLAN. From Crucial we have a 2GB of Crucial Ballistix RAM up for grabs, as well as loads of shirts, some Crucial Yo-Yo’s, mousepads and some “Foam Stress pigs”.
