LeachLAN 6 may be over, but we’ll be back… We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came to LeachLAN 6, we hope you enjoyed it! Tell us what you did like… or what you didn’t in our LeachLAN 6 feedback thread. Any feedback is greatly received, so we can make changes to at future events.

We hope that you enjoyed LeachLAN 6 as much as we did running the event on and hope to see you again at a LeachLAN 7, which kicks off at Thursday 24th March at 6PM and ends at Sunday 27th March.Bookings are now open at a discounted price of £35 until 1st Feburary! Further information regarding LeachLAN 7 will be online within the next few weeks but rest assured it will once again be filled with a range of social activities such as the Pub Quiz, a BBQ, more retro big games, and fun tournaments

It’s LeachLAN 6 food information time!

However, before we get to what food is on offer over the weekend. The bar times need confirmation! The bar will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings between 6PM-11PM. As always the bar will be selling a selection of reasonably priced Ales, Beers, Ciders, Spirits & Wine. Full price information can be found here.

And now, to the food! On Friday afternoon our FREE BBQ will be taking place at approximately 4PM and will be serving a selection of Burgers and Hot Dogs for you all! We however need to know of peoples specific dietary requirements, such as if you are a Vegetarian to be able to cater for you. If you are, please let us know via e-mail to info@swlans.co.uk so we have enough food for you!

On Saturday night we will once again be organizing a large order to a local takeaway at approximately 6PM. Once again we will be putting in a massive order to the Curry house in Burford! Further information regarding this order will be available on the event Intranet.

Finally, we will once again be selling a selection of snacks and drinks throughout the weekend at the event front desk. We have now put a stock list and prices online. Further details can be found here.

We’re now mere days from LeachLAN 6, and we think that the time is right for us to finalize what is going to be happening at the event! As a result we have now posted the “final” event plan for all of our organized big games and social activities.
